If you are the customer, should you be angry because the seller ignore you? Or what if you are the seller, should you just ignore the customer because you are really busy??

Once again Jon solved the problem. It such a great post and I really urge you to read it because sometimes you are the seller, and sometimes you are the buyer ;)
