I Misread These Domains!!!

So, I went to Google and did more research on this. To tell the truth, some domains spelled really weird! Didn’t they notice this or they just ignored it?

First of all, I want to say sorry to the webmaster but your domain sounds funny to me! Check this out.

www.babyanghilang.com (missing chapter)

This one came from my AwStats. What I read is “baby yang hilang” or “missing baby”, instead of ‘missing chapter’ (reseller for Chapter-M).

From what I found after googling some funny domains, there were a lot of these from this one site,

They listed down some weird domains, and some are:
http://www.whorepresents.com/
http://www.expertsexchange.com
http://www.penisland.net
http://www.therapistfinder.com

What do you think about this? I have checked these sites and all of them are not adult sites. It was sure a play on the eyes.

So, should you study before considering buying a new domain? I hope so. ;) Cheers!

Ahahaha, believe it or not the domain owner missread his own domain all the time. I were very frustated to see all my desired domain is not available & at last… i just picked up the malay translation of missing chapter. I will have a copy site on another domain in the future.

While it is funny, it grabs the attention. And.. do you know how i landed here? I was emailed by my childhood friend about 10 years ago who found the web through this blog. Otherwise i wouldn’t know his existance at all.

Somehow, isn’t it unique?

Recently I’m always get trouble when viewing your blog,it’s not always perfectly loaded.I don’t know whether it’s from mine or yours,but i hope you take action on this,find what’s the problem,i already try viewing this site in another pc but the same problem occured.Please,i’m your loyal reader (soon to be your costumer,who knows?hehe).Peace!

Saiffil, it’s always good to play out that ‘jejak kasih’ part. hehe. didn’t think that it would be as far as reuniting to childhood friends. ah, it brings tears to our eyes.. :)

We’re sorry peicom, we never had experienced such problems before. what do you mean by ‘not perfectly loaded’? are the articles cut in half? The main page does not display all of the articles, only the recent ones - if that’s what you mean.

I had to read a few of those domain names more than once to see the other variations. Funny stuff. The other reason I bookmarked it was because you mentioned a FREE e-book. I love those domain names — but I’d be crying if I bought one and was trying to sell pens or set up an experts exchange.

Maybe it’s me, but I read them the wrong way and would definitely be afraid to check them out.

Imagine having to give out pen island business cards to potential clients …

hahaha..it’s very funny..& i misread it too..i think the owner of the site may be didn’ noticed the mistake at first..but once u buy the domain..u have to use it..otherwise it will be wasted..:D

It’s soo soo frustrating to search for domain name. I’ve search for hours in the whois list to find the good ones but it was taken. I’ve once thought that I’ve got the right name but when shared it with friends…they said it meant different thing alltogether.. There goes my effort.

Btw, the domain is still dormant until now.
