What really interest me when reading the Berita Harian (6/12/2006) is for the fifth times, Public Bank have got the best bank in Asia and Chairman, Tan Sri Dr Teh Hong Piow was announced to be the Successful Manager in Asia.

My point here is in online business, we have got two great banks that really can help us successfully.

The 2 banks are Public Bank and Maybank.

These 2 banks have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we really need these 2 banks.

If you do not have credit card or debit card, you can apply for Public Bank Debit Card or it’s called PB Visa Electron. The good point here is you can buy online without any problem. I have bought many products using my Public Bank Debit Card and it really works.

Also, you can verify your PayPal account easily. Oh ya, you can not receive your PayPal fund to your Public Bank Debit Card. Be aware of that!

And the second one is Maybank.

Maybank is the largest bank in Malaysia. If your business is mainly targeted for Malaysian, use Maybank for their first choice of payment.

Malaysian nowadays started to use online banking because it is easy, safe and secure. From my past experienced, for every 10 customers who bought my products, 9 of them will pay me using Maybank.

The problem here is, the buyers who made the payment using online banking like Maybank need to e-mail the seller that they have made the payment and want to get the product.

To solve this, on your site, you can give your bank details at the top of the page and a direct link (new window) to Maybank2U website.

Below of the page, you can create a form for the customers to paste their Maybank receipt.
